Shipping

We offer complimentary express shipping on most Australian orders. For heavy, oversized items, or international delivery, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Returns

Due to the unique "one-off" nature of the items we offer, we do NOT offer refunds for change of mind.

We can process store credits for domestic orders within 5 days of purchase, and for international orders within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return requests must be lodged within 24 hours after the item's arrival.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.
