DOMESTIC SHIPMENT

We offer complimentary express shipping on most orders within Australia. Heavy or oversized items may incur additional shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

All domestic orders are dispatched within 1 business day with tracking number provided.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 1–2 business days to metro areas.

Please note that we only ship parcels from Tuesday–Friday. Any orders received after Friday 2pm will be shipped the following Tuesday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT

We offer a flat rate of $250 AUD for international express post on most orders outside Australia. Heavy or oversized items may incur additional shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

All international orders are dispatched within 2 business days with tracking number provided.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 5–10 business days.

Please note that we only ship parcels from Tuesday–Friday. Any orders received after Friday 2pm will be shipped the following Tuesday.

CUSTOMS DUTIES

Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or other fees levied by the destination country.

Buyers are responsible for all such taxes, duties, and fees.
